Our 7-hour hand-crafted bread baking process starts with onsite fresh milling of whole grain, nutrient-rich Montana flours, "olde world" triple fermentation to ensure optimal natural blending of ingredients, warm, moist dough proofing and slow rotation for even baking, and natural cooling.
We do not use chemical additives, preservatives, bleaches, or bromates. We do not even use oils! Each of these time-consuming steps along with highest quality ingredients ensures great taste and high nutrition arrives fresh at your doorstep.
